Processing time
Orders are confirmed as soon as payment clears and are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped within 16 days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Shipping cost
Tracked shipping is included on every order — there are no extra fees at checkout.
Returns & refunds
